Marcellinara Carnival

On the weekend of 1 and 2 March 2025, Marcellinara will dress up in colour and cheer to celebrate Carnival with a programme full of activities and fun for all ages.

On Saturday 1 March, at 2.30 p.m., the parade of floats will go through the streets of the town, accompanied by sparkling wine and chatter. The day will end with the Carnival Vigil, an evening of music and dancing for all.

On Sunday 2 March, the celebrations will continue with inflatables and music for the little ones. At 5 p.m., popular masked games will enliven Piazza Beato Antonio, followed by the awarding of the best masks at 7 p.m. The evening will end with a traditional dinner, the ‘Coddhara do Puercu’.
