Kalivari

On Sunday 8 February, Caraffa di Catanzaro will host Kalivari, a Carnival event that will bring Corso Colombo to life with music, colours and entertainment, starting at 4:00 p.m. Promoted by Pro Loco Arbëreshë Caraffa, with the participation of the Caraffa Parents' Committee and the support of the municipal administration, the event is designed to bring people together and celebrate Carnival. It is open to the public and offers an afternoon of entertainment.

The afternoon will begin with entertainment activities for adults and children, as well as a food and drink area that will be open throughout the event. A particular highlight will be the Mr & Mrs Kalivari contest, which invites the public to actively and creatively participate in the festivities by entering the competition for the most beautiful mask. The event will then continue with Kalivari Discoteque, a musical performance featuring a selection of house, reggaeton and revival music, which will transform the city centre into a party space.
