From 17 to 22 November 2025, in the evocative setting of the CARTA Museum of Enterprise and Art Park in Soveria Mannelli, High altitudes, great stories will come to life, a mountain writing school dedicated to those who want to explore the deep connection between words and landscape.

A training course that combines writing, nature and introspection, inviting participants to describe the mountains as a place of the soul, memory and inner challenge. Through theoretical lessons, writing workshops, excursions and meetings with authors, the course accompanies participants on a journey of discovery of mountain literature, its atmospheres and its languages.

Guiding this narrative journey are some of the most important Italian authors on the literary and naturalistic scene: Fabio Andina, Francesco Bevilacqua, Domenico Dara, Marco Albino Ferrari, Nadia Terranova, Daniele Zovi and Romina Arena.

'High altitudes, great stories' is an opportunity to learn how to describe landscapes and experiences with a new perspective, enhancing the evocative power of words and the depth of the mountains as a human and collective experience.

The course is open to writers, nature lovers, hikers and anyone who wants to give voice to the land through writing.
