Festival of Pitta 'Mpigliata

On Friday 20 December 2025, Christmas will be celebrated in Cerenzia with the authentic flavour of tradition: the Festival of Pitta 'Mpigliata. From 5 p.m., Piazza Municipio will be filled with aromas, colours and stories that tell of our land and our culture.

Pitta 'Mpigliata is not just a Christmas dessert: it is a piece of our families' memories. Every fold holds a memory, every slice carries the flavour of the hands that have prepared it for generations. Participating in this festival means immersing yourself in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, made up of flavours, traditions and smiles.

During the evening, you can admire the chefs at work with a cooking show that reveals the secrets of pitta, enjoy a special menu that also includes Turdilli flambé and other delicacies, stroll among stands dedicated to local products and find original gift ideas. The highlight will be the award ceremony for the 'best Pitta 'Mpigliata', an opportunity to celebrate the mastery of our pastry chefs and share the joy of this festival.
