European Traditional Open

ETO 2025 – European Traditional Open, the international traditional archery competition that brings together athletes from all over the world in an experience that goes beyond sport, is coming to the heart of the Pollino National Park. From 7 to 10 July 2025, in the villages of Alessandria del Carretto, San Paolo Albanese and Terranova di Pollino, four days of competition, beauty and cultural roots that intertwine the peoples of Europe.

An event organised by the Karman - Archery Sector, designed as a real journey through local traditions, folk music, historical costumes and nature trails, where every arrow shot becomes a symbolic gesture of sharing.

From the opening parade to the greetings of the Arbëreshë communities, from guided tours of ethnographic and religious museums to evening concerts in the historic centres, each day will be an immersion in the living identity of these lands.
