Caria Living Crib

Once again this year, Christmas in Caria (hamlet of Drapia) will be enriched with magic with the traditional Living Crib, organised by the Cheria Cultural Association on 26 December 2024.

The event will start at 5 p.m. with an evocative procession along the Via Provinciale: the characters of the crib, accompanied by the evocative melodies of bagpipes, will create a unique atmosphere. There will also be authentic traditional flavours, thanks to the tasting of typical Christmas sweets, I Curuj, perfect for immersing oneself in the festive spirit. The most exciting moment will come at 6.45pm, when the Magi will reach the Grotto, providing an experience rich in symbolism and spirituality.
