More great Jazz at the 20th Autumn Festival. This time, pianist Paolo Di Sabatino will perform in a trio. The musician arrives in Catanzaro with his latest line-up, flanked by Luca Bulgarelli on double bass and Glauco Di Sabatino on drums. Over the years Paolo Di Sabatino has played and recorded in trio with various musicians: John Patitucci, Horacio "El Negro" Hernandez, Gary Willis, Peter Erskine, Janek Gwizdala, JoJo Mayer, Christian Galvez, Dennis Chambers.

With the Italian trio with which he performs in Catanzaro, he has also recorded and produced albums in the pop field, with recognised names on the Italian scene such as Antonella Ruggiero, Grazia Di Michele and Fabio Concato. The Paolo Di Sabatino Trio has also recorded several CDs for the Japanese label Atelier Sawano, one of which - Luna del sud - was included among the records chosen by Billboard Japan.

The trio aims to represent and encapsulate, in a musical synthesis, all the experiences that over the years have made Paolo Di Sabatino one of the most appreciated pianists on the Italian and international jazz scene, with more than 30 albums to his name. The Paolo Di Sabatino Trio performs live pieces by Paolo himself, exploring different rhythmic aspects of jazz, but always with a firm melodic connotation.
