The unbreakable bond between AMA Calabria and the city of Lamezia Terme is renewed and strengthened with the 2025/2026 Theatre Season, confirming itself as one of the most eagerly awaited cultural events in the region. The Grandinetti Theatre once again becomes the privileged stage for a programme that intertwines theatre, music and dance, with nationally and internationally renowned artists. A season designed to embrace the diverse tastes of the public, in the name of quality and artistic variety.

The new season opens on 17 October 2025 with Shakespeare's “Macbeth”, starring Daniele Pecci and Laura Marinoni, in a production by the Teatro della Toscana. Next, on 7 November, Alessandro Preziosi will star in “Totò oltre la maschera”, a show paying tribute to the great Neapolitan comedian. On 13 November, Amanda Sandrelli brings Shakespeare's “The Taming of the Shrew” to the stage in a contemporary setting, while on 27 November it is the turn of the brilliant comedy “Cin Ci Là”, with the Corrado Abbati company. David Larible on 4 December with his poetic “Davil in clown”. On 13 December, the Vittorio Calamani Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Nicola Piovani and Giulio Carella, will present “Tre Fenomeni – I concerti della natura”. On 28 December, “Gospel Night” arrives with Marquin Middleton & The Miracle Chorale from Texas.

There is also great anticipation for the theatre section of 2026: on 16 January, the International Classical Ballet will enchant the audience with ‘Swan Lake’. On 29 January, Gianluca Ramazzotti, Pietro Bontempo, Samuela Sardo and Sara Ricci will bring “Tenente Colombo – Analisi di un omicidio” to the stage, while on 12 February, Leo Gullotta will star in the touching “Tutto per bene”. On 27 February, the themes of male identity will be explored in “Mi dimetto da uomo”, with Sergio Assisi and Giuseppe Cantore. On 14 March, Pippo Pattavina will perform Pirandello's “Il piacere dell'onestà”, followed on 22 March by “I cinque elementi”, a musical event directed by Giuseppe Montesano. The season will close on 2 April with the comedy show “Malinconico – Moderatamente felice” with Massimiliano Gallo, an ironic and intelligent reflection on existence.
