The Red Night - Her Majesty the "Grupariata"

On 26 October 2024, Luzzi, a town located near Cosenza, will host the long-awaited ‘’Red Night‘’, a special event dedicated to the famous "Grupariata", the queen of local products. Organised by the Re-Genesis Thebae association, the evening will feature a culinary competition celebrating this delicious product of Luzzi's gastronomic tradition.

Don't just call it focaccia! The "Grupariata" is much more: it is a symbol of culture and identity for the village of Luzzi. The ‘’Red Night‘’ will be the perfect opportunity to discover and taste this delicacy, participating in a competition involving the best chefs in the area, ready to challenge each other to prepare the most authentic and tasty version of this dish.
