Struncatura Festival

From 6 to 8 June 2025, on the occasion of the Taurianova Flower Festival, Piazza Italia will be transformed into a focal point for food lovers thanks to the Street Food Area, where tradition and authentic flavours meet in a festive atmosphere.

Among the protagonists will be the friends of the Pro Loco Terranova, ready to let you taste the real Struncatura, prepared according to the traditional recipe, faithful to the origins of this historical dish of Calabrian cuisine. Alongside the Struncatura, there will be other local specialities cooked on the spot.
