Simeri Crichi Living Nativity Scene

One of the most eagerly awaited events of the Calabrian Christmas season returns to the heart of the historic centre of Simeri Crichi: the 14th edition of the Living Nativity Scene, scheduled for 27 and 28 December 2025, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

For two evenings, the village is transformed into an open-air story, where time seems to slow down and every alleyway becomes part of an evocative journey inspired by Bethlehem two thousand years ago. Amidst scenes of daily life, ancient crafts, the scent of wood and sounds that recall tradition, the nativity scene takes shape through the participation of the community and the enthusiasm of the little ones.
