From 11 to 14 August 2025, Orsomarso, a charming village nestled in the Pollino National Park, celebrates its most beloved speciality with the Fusillo Festival, an event that has officially joined the "Quality Festival" circuit of the National Union of Italian Local Tourist Boards.
Fusillo from Orsomarso is much more than a dish: it is an ancient art, handed down from generation to generation, in which the dough is kneaded by hand with care and dedication until it takes on its typical long, thin shape. Seasoned with traditional recipes and genuine ingredients, it offers an authentic flavour that reflects the soul of the territory.
During the festival, visitors can immerse themselves in four days of taste and conviviality, strolling among the natural and architectural beauties of the village, discovering its history and letting themselves be captivated by the aromas and flavours of a cuisine deeply rooted in local traditions.
