In Marano Principato, from 19 June to 31 July 2025, the San Martino Academy presents ''Mind the Step. The inverted space - The forms of contemporary art'', a cycle of workshops dedicated to visual art, photography and new forms of expression.
The initiative proposes a path of in-depth study and experimentation on the artistic practices that interpret today's society, where the image is confronted with the challenges posed by postmediality, time, space and perception. Visual storytelling, silence as a communicative act, contemporary photography: these are the main contents that, starting from the workshop, will become a tool for dialogue, learning and creation. An opportunity to come into contact with artists, photographers and theorists, to discuss the forms of art and the facets of our gaze.
