On December 30, 2025, the historic center of Acquappesa will host the Living Nativity Scene, now at its third edition
From 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the ancient alleys of the village come alive with costumed figures recreating traditional crafts and scenes from everyday life of the time. Walking through the narrow streets lit by torches, visitors can discover Calabrian craft and gastronomic traditions and watch the representation of the Nativity, set in the most characteristic corners of the historic center.
The event is organized by the Acquappesa Pro Loco Association “Prof. Michele Borrelli” in collaboration with the Compagnia della Rosa and the Parish of Santa Maria del Rifugio, with the patronage of the Municipality of Acquappesa.
