Giorgia Cerruti - Fable

Written in 2020, Fable is defined by its authors as a "contemporary chamber tragedy", a story about a couple locked in a room. On stage, the protagonists retrace every day the fables of their pain, the tales of what has marked them, in the existential arc that lies between the real and the repressed, between sleep and wakefulness. The subject is a free reference to Pier Paolo Pasolini's Calderòn, to whom the play is in fact ideally dedicated.

The show will be staged on 23 March 2024 at the Auditorium Comunale of Polistena.
