Dinner at the Table of the Grand Tour

Slow Food Lamezia Terme Aps in collaboration with Agriturismo Costantino invites you to a food and wine itinerary, inspired by the pages of the book "At the Table of the Grand Tour", written by Ottavio Cavalcanti and Raffaele Gaetano, who will lead you, while tasting, in a poetic tale that weaves together the history, culture and flavours of a unique region, where tables "are either literally laid or festively set and where, therefore, food is simply served to the guest or served in the best way possible".

During the evening you will enjoy a menu that, like a real journey, is inspired by the descriptions in the book, in which each course represents a stage in a food and wine journey celebrating the culinary traditions of Calabria.

Alongside the guests, there will be the valuable presence of the authors, who will lead you in an open dialogue on the topics covered, to share reflections and anecdotes, and deepen together the meaning of hospitality and conviviality in Calabrian culture.
