On 30 January 2026 at 9 pm, the Teatro Impero in Chiaravalle Centrale will host "Cinema Music", a concert dedicated to the great soundtracks that have shaped the history of cinema, featuring works by composers such as Astor Piazzolla and Ennio Morricone. This musical journey will take you through famous and recognisable pieces that evoke images, atmospheres and emotions which have entered the collective imagination.
The star of the evening will be the Nuova Orchestra da Camera "Ferruccio Busoni", conducted by Massimo Belli and featuring Gianni Fassetta on the accordion and Lucio Degani on the violin. The programme spans different styles, genres and periods, highlighting the central role of music in cinematic language and its ability to interact with visual storytelling, intensifying its impact and meaning.
The concert invites the audience to surrender to the music, allowing it to guide them through stories and emotions that have shaped cinema, both past and present, in a seamless interplay of music and images that finds its natural home in the theatre.
