The village of Sant'Agata di Esaro is ready for the 23rd edition of the Arthemisia Musica Classica Festival, an event that celebrates the region's rich musical tradition and pays tribute to the unforgettable Maestro Emilio Martorelli.
This festival, organised in collaboration with the new Pro Loco, opens the summer season with two evenings of great classical music. The event aims to promote tourism and culture in the village, offering visitors a unique musical experience.
Monday 5 August
Performance by the renowned Maestro Paolo Isabella and performance by Santagata's piano and accordion students, led by the talented Maestros Claudia and Aldo Servidio
Tuesday 6 August
Performance by Claudia Servidio and concert by the Cosenza Symphony Orchestra
The festival continues the tradition started years ago to honour the memory of Maestro Emilio Martorelli, a leading figure in local music education, fondly remembered as a bandmaster and piano teacher for several generations of young musicians.
