Marmarico Waterfalls

These are the highest waterfalls in Calabria and all of southern Italy. With a 114-metre drop, the Marmarico Waterfalls in Bivongi (RC) are one of the treasures of the Serre Regional Park. To reach them, one travels along a stretch of dirt road aboard an off-road vehicle followed by a stretch on foot that skirts the precipice of the Folea, then the spectacle is guaranteed! Listed among the ‘’Italian Wonders‘’ sites in 2011, the Marmarico Waterfalls create a crystal-clear lagoon at their feet, ideal for a refreshing swim.
