A ride on the Bobsleigh track in Lorica

Trekking along the paths of the Sila National Park, horse riding, a boat ride on Lake Arvo: Lorica offers many opportunities both in the cold months, when the snow makes it magical, and in the warmer seasons, with the sun illuminating its wonderful landscapes.

A few kilometres from the centre of Lorica, you can try the Bobsleigh track on rails, which will immerse you in the unspoilt nature of the Park, breathing in the fresh, clean air of Sila. You don't need to be an expert or even have any special sports training, the Bobsleigh track is safe, suitable for all ages, and of course the little ones will love it.

The Bobsleigh is a two-seater, is operated simply by lifting the lever and allows you to moderate your speed by braking at the most inclined points. You slowly ascend and then descend: let yourself go and enjoy the ride and the spectacular views, between curves and straights, a unique and unforgettable experience. And now all you have to do is organise your adventure.

The Bobsleigh track is located in Lorica in the cable car forecourt, and is operated by Loricaly, as is the bike-boat (for pedalling on the water), the boat in Lake Arvo, the bike rental and the ski school with the moving carpet.

Tickets can be bought in the ticket centre located in the ski lift forecourt, or online on their website. Tickets cost €5 for adults and €4 for children up to ten years of age. The Bobsleigh track is open all year round, except in November. From May to September every day from 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m., in October every weekend (including Fridays) from 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and finally, from December to April every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Reservations are not necessary, but remember that children can only go on the bobsleigh track accompanied by adults.
