This spring is located in the Sila National Park at an altitude of 1,238 metres and offers a very pure oligomineral water with a low fixed residue and minimal sodium and nitrate content. Due to its characteristics, Fontenoce water is also suitable for infant feeding. The surrounding area, known as the ‘’Big Woods of Italy‘’, is ideal for excursions to discover the Sila National Park.

This spring is located at an altitude of 1,000 metres, bordering the Serre Regional Natural Park. Fonte del Principe water is light, low in sodium and nitrite-free, making it suitable for pregnant women and sportsmen.

The municipality of Mongiana is immersed in the dense woods of the Serre Vibonesi, at the foot of Mount Pecoraro. Here you will find unspoilt mountain landscapes, pine and beech forests. Don't miss a visit to the Royal Bourbon Ironworks Museum, an arms factory where cannons, doubles and sabres were also produced.

This spring is located at 1,200 metres in the Serre Regional Natural Park. Mangiatorella water is oligomineral, with a low sodium content and diuretic properties.

Discovering it will give you the opportunity to visit the nearby village of Stilo, known for its Cattolica, a Byzantine church set on a rocky outcrop, which has kept its ancient structure intact.
