The city of Vibo Valentia returns to celebrate the world of brewing with a new edition of "Vibo in Fermento", the event dedicated to craft beer and master brewers in the area. On Friday 12 December 2025, from 6 pm, Corso Vittorio Emanuele III will host a series of tastings, meetings and entertainment, transforming the historic centre into a veritable village of taste.
The protagonists of this edition will be the local craft breweries, present with dedicated stands where visitors can discover traditional beers, new experiments and original productions. Master brewers will guide visitors in discovering their techniques, selected raw materials and the stories behind each label. Before the official opening of the stands, Palazzo Gagliardi will host a training and tasting session, designed to introduce the public to the language of craft beer and explore styles, aromas and production processes.
In addition to tastings, the programme will include street food with local offerings, live music along the street and activities dedicated to children, for an experience designed for the whole family.
