The Taste of Knowledge debuts in Squillace with a day dedicated to the relationship between food, tradition and scientific innovation. On 29 November 2025, at the House of Cultures, the first edition of an event born from the collaboration between the UMG Department of Health Sciences and the Municipality of Squillace will come to life, with the aim of promoting Calabrian food and wine heritage and its link with research.
Teachers and researchers, local producers and students will animate a programme designed to create a direct dialogue between universities, the local area and the world of production. An opportunity to discover how Calabrian excellence can become a driver of development, knowledge and innovation.
