The Manna - Round Table

On Thursday 13 March 2025 at the Rural Center in Bivongi, an unmissable appointment to rediscover manna, the precious sap extracted from ash trees, a symbol of the territory's culture and identity. The meeting, promoted by Gal Terre Locridee, will be an opportunity for institutions, experts and citizens to discuss the protection and enhancement of this ancient tradition, now at risk of disappearing.

During the round table, the challenges and opportunities related to the manna production cycle will be explored, with the aim of promoting its preservation and transmission to new generations.
