Snowshoeing during the holidays

From 20 December 2025 to 6 January 2026, Sila is covered in white and invites you to experience the magic of Christmas with guided snowshoe excursions. A unique experience among snow-covered woods, pure air and fairytale landscapes, ideal for families, couples and nature lovers.

The routes on offer range from the easy "The Enchanted Forest" itinerary, perfect for children and beginners, to the evocative "Snowshoeing at Sunset" among the colours of the golden hour, to the romantic "Snowshoeing under the Stars", to admire the unspoilt night sky.

Each excursion is led by local experts who will accompany participants safely, revealing the secrets and wonders of the Sila. Snowshoes and poles are provided by the organisation, while participants are required to wear technical layered clothing to enjoy the experience to the fullest.
