Sila Express - The Magic of Christmas

On 8 and 21 December 2025, the Sila Train will take you on an exciting journey through time among the picturesque woods of the Sila, with San Giovanni in Fiore as your destination. Here, the Christmas Markets and a guided tour of the Florense Abbey will welcome young and old alike with their scents, lights and traditions.

The itinerary also includes a special stop in Sculca, where a scenic re-enactment with Father Christmas and other characters will bring the Christmas atmosphere to life for participants.

The route is accessible with the Sila Express intermodal service, departing from the main railway stations on the Tyrrhenian line via Trenitalia regional trains.
