On Sunday, 15 February 2026, Sellia Marina will host the ninth edition of "Sellia de Janeiro" event, which brings the city center to life with a day of celebration and entertainment dedicated to Carnival. The event begins at 2:00 p.m. with a costume parade starting from Piazza Giuditta Levato and heading to Piazza Giardinello, where the main activities will take place.
The program includes entertainment and shows for a diverse audience, such as puppet shows and a baby dance. There will also be initiatives related to costume participation, including contests for the best group, best costume, and sympathy award. Throughout the afternoon, there will be plenty of fun and entertainment, as well as recreational activities and spaces dedicated to conviviality.
