From 13 to 16 September 2025, Reggio Calabria will host the fourth edition of Scirubetta – Festival of Artisan Ice Cream, an event that brings together the best gelato makers from around the world to celebrate gelato in all its forms.
A village will be set up along the picturesque seafront, offering tastings, themed workshops, talks and shows dedicated to this gastronomic excellence. After the great success of 2024, this year's event aims to break all attendance records, transforming the city into a true capital of taste.
The 2025 edition confirms the international scope of the initiative, with professionals from Slovakia, Japan, the United States, Tunisia, Hungary and Belgium. Scirubetta is not only a feast for the most discerning palates, but also an opportunity for training and discussion, with the participation of prominent speakers and guests from the artisan sector.
