Sangineto Living Crib

On 26 December 2024, the historic centre of Sangineto will host the 20th edition of the Calabrian Living Crib, an event that combines tradition, faith and local culture. Organised by the Pro Loco di Sangineto, this journey of taste and tradition will begin at 5 p.m. with the inaugural Mass presided over by the Bishop of the Diocese of San Marco Argentano-Scalea, Monsignor Stefano Rega.

At 18:00, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the magical atmosphere of the living nativity scene, with scenes that bring the nativity and ancient Calabrian customs to life. The evening will be enriched by the melodies of Carmine Sangineto's Popular Orchestra, ‘Accademia dell'Ancia’.
