Potato festival

The 2023 Potato Festival will be spread over three days, each of which will consist of one or more initiatives. The event will mainly take place in the main square of Lagarò Lupinacci, a hamlet of the municipality of Celico, a mountain location on the Sila Grande in the province of Cosenza.

The main objective of the Potato Festival has always been to promote the eno-gastronomic heritage produced in the Sila area, first and foremost the Sila Potato PGI, the protagonist of the event and the main crop of the Sila plateau, but also the typical local cold cuts and cheeses, the sausage and soppressata or the caciocavallo silano, without forgetting the fine wines, also produced locally.
