Piano City

From 30 September to 5 October 2025, Corigliano-Rossano will be transformed into an open-air stage with Piano City, a festival dedicated to the piano that brings music to every corner of the city. Alleys, squares, streets and private homes will become performance venues, offering a unique urban and musical experience.

Over 26 concerts with more than 80 pianists from all over Italy will enliven 10 locations between Rossano and Corigliano. The programme includes:

• Piano concerts: performances of approximately 45–50 minutes in symbolic locations around the city, with repertoires of all musical genres.
• House Concert: intimate performances in private homes, where the piano becomes the protagonist of unique and intimate moments.
• Piano Marathon: a day dedicated to the piano, with students, amateurs and professionals taking turns to play for 15-20 minutes each.
• Piano Kids: workshops and interactive activities to introduce children to music through play and discovery.
• Piano City School: concerts and educational activities with music schools and students from the area, to promote young talent.
• Piano City Talk: meetings and debates on the world of piano and music, with experts and musicians.
