Pasta Festival in Cerva (CZ)

The Pro Loco of Cerva, with the patronage of the Municipality, is organizing the 27th edition of the traditional Pasta Festival, an unmissable event featuring the authentic flavors of Calabrian tradition. The event will take place on Saturday, August 10, 2025, starting at 7:00 p.m. in Piazza della Vittoria in the center of Cerva.
The evening will be enlivened by musical entertainment from Margy Balluo, who will accompany participants with her live performances during the tasting. The star dish of the festival is the traditional “mparrettati e cuvatialli”, a typical local pasta prepared according to traditional local recipes.

The festival is a gathering for the local community and an opportunity for visitors to discover and immerse themselves in the convivial atmosphere of an authentic folk festival. The initiative celebrates not only the local culinary tradition but also the value of sharing and hospitality typical of small Calabrian towns.
