Open Cellars - Dell'Aera Vineyards and Winery

On Saturday 24 May 2025, the magic of sunset meets the pleasure of good wine at the evocative Dell'Aera Cellar in Soveria Simeri. Surrounded by Calabrian vineyards, this unique experience will allow participants to discover the secrets of winemaking and taste three local excellences accompanied by a selected platter of typical cold cuts and cheeses.

Visitors will have the opportunity to walk among the rows of vines gilded by the setting sun, learn about the production process directly from the winemakers, and savour the true essence of the territory through its wines.
