On Friday 31 October 2025, at 8:30 p.m., the Regional Wine Cellar of the Province of Cosenza will host a special evening dedicated to the tasting of the Novello wine of the wine cellar Spadafora 1915.
The event offers a unique sensory experience, in which wine tastings are accompanied by food pairings designed to enhance the aromas and flavours of autumn. With live music, poetry and storytelling, the evening celebrates conviviality and the excitement of sharing authentic moments over a glass of Novello.
