Myths on Stage

From 28 November 2025 to 17 February 2026, Myths on Stage will take place, a series of 12 events designed for children aged 7 to 11 in the most evocative locations in the centre of Reggio Calabria, organised by the Reggio Calabria Cultural District and Adexo APS.

The experiential workshops, which are free and limited in number, allow young people to learn about local history through group activities, stage construction, choral singing and meetings with artists.

The main events:

• 28 November: Sounds of the Gods at the Aragonese Castle, a music workshop inspired by Orpheus and Eurydice with sound games and stories within the ancient walls
• 6, 13, 20 December: Heroes and Shadows, theatre workshops at the Civic Art Gallery
• 16, 23, 30 January: Voices of Myth and Nature, choral singing and artistic explorations at the Civic Art Gallery
• 3, 10, 17 February: Workshop of the Gods, stage construction in the foyer of the F. Cilea Theatre
