'Mparativillu - Review of Calabrian proverbs and sayings

On Thursday 24 August 2023 at 8.30 p.m., at the Municipal Theatre in Luzzi, the Pro Loco la Terra dei Lucij will present a unique show entitled "Mparativillu - Rassegna di proverbi e detti calabresi con canzoni e danze folkloristiche". Songs by Otello Profazio, Isabella Longo, I briganti Calabresi, Mimmo Cavallaro, Mino Reitano will be performed. Choreography by Forever Seven notes by Maria Romina Calabrese.

After realising the Museum of Peasant Civilisation, the Pro Loco la Terra dei Lucij continues its journey into local traditions with research into Calabrian proverbs and sayings that not only represent our roots and memory, but are also a way of discovering everyday life.
