Melis Christmas

The historic centre of Melicuccà is transformed into a village of lights and surprises with "Melis Christmas", a festival for young and old alike. A journey through traditions, games, workshops, music and the switching on of the lights that envelop the village in a unique Christmas atmosphere.

• 8 December, 4.30 pm: Ribbon cutting, lighting of the lights on 'Via del Natale', laying of the Nativity scene, bagpipers, entertainment throughout the village and delivery of letters to Father Christmas.
• 26 December and 6 January, 4.30 pm: Workshops for children, musical entertainment with bagpipers, shows and lots of surprises to enjoy the festivities together.
