Mediterranean Wellness - The Age of Heroes

From 4 to 7 September 2025, the Arena dello Stretto in Reggio Calabria will be transformed into a large open-air space dedicated to health and movement with the 13th edition of Mediterranean Wellness – The Age of Heroes.

An event that combines sport, wellness and scientific dissemination, in an evocative setting between the sea and history, to celebrate the care of body and mind with energy, awareness and passion. During the four days, it will be possible to participate in:

• Outdoor fitness sessions with professional trainers to improve strength, endurance and flexibility;
• Workshops and talks on proper nutrition, mental and physical wellbeing, and healthy lifestyles;
• Health area and personalised consultations: doctors, nutritionists, and specialists will offer free check-ups, seminars, and tips on how to take care of your body.
• An opportunity to test yourself, learn good practices, and share with others the pleasure of an active and conscious lifestyle.
