Mediterranean Diet Festival - 8th edition

The event "Mediterranean Diet Festival - 8th edition" will take place on 18 August 2023 in the historic centre of Montegiordano, celebrating the Mediterranean diet, local products and the "stigliola", a typical local culinary product. The event aims to promote local products, food and wine, history, culture, art and traditional Calabrian music.

The festival will be enriched by panel discussions to promote accessible ecotourism, taste and food and wine tourism and also to promote and raise awareness of healthy and proper nutrition among the participating public.
