The Margini Festival returns to Paola this year for its fourth edition, with a programme that unfolds across symbolic locations, open spaces and neighbourhoods to be experienced. More than just a festival, Margini is a collective gesture, an invitation to repopulate the area with awareness, creativity and participation.
With four events that become moments of encounter, reflection and shared creation, Margini 2025 aims to restore value to “being”, “doing” and “feeling part” of a community that recognises itself in its margins, transforming them into active spaces of dialogue and beauty.
The programme:
- 19 July – Teatro Comunale Lungofiume
First event leading up to the festival: “Verso Margini”, a preview that marks the beginning of the collective journey. - 8 August – Largo A. Mandarini (San Giacomo)
Second stage of the journey, between performative actions and listening to the territory. - 19 August – Villa Comunale
Open-air workshop “Pezzi Unici” (Unique Pieces): an invitation to create together, mixing stories, materials and visions. - 22 and 23 August – Quartiere Cancello
Two days for the beating heart of the festival: Margini – Abitiamo spazi e tempi (Margins – We inhabit spaces and times), with performances, installations, workshops and meetings that transform the neighbourhood into a shared urban stage.
