In Lappano, autumn smells of grapes and celebration. On 10 and 11 October 2025, the Grape Festival returns, a much-anticipated event that combines tradition, music and conviviality.
More than just a festival, it is a moment of community: a ritual that tells the story of the land, the hard work and the joy of the harvest. As tradition dictates, in the days leading up to the event, every house receives a bunch of grapes as a gift, a symbol of friendship and belonging, a prelude to two intense and authentic days.
On 10 October, the festival opens with a conference dedicated to the development of the area: a moment of discussion that combines memory and perspective, to enhance the agricultural and cultural heritage of the area. In the evening, the square comes alive with the folk music of Notte Battente, with dancing, toasts and typical dishes at the food stands that preserve the authentic flavours of tradition.
11 October is the day of the local wine competition, a friendly challenge between producers, large and small, who share their passion and family secrets. The afternoon is dedicated to children, with workshops and activities designed to entertain them and help them discover the magic of the grape harvest. To close the event, music takes centre stage once again with the 883 cover band 'Dritta Sicura', who will bring back to life the songs that symbolise an entire generation.
