Innovative start-ups in the tourism sector - Italy Travel Tech Accelerator Programme

On 16 March 2023, at Talent Garden in Rende (CS), as part of the Italy Travel Tech Accelerator Programme by Broxlab and the Ministry of Tourism, the call for the selection of 5 innovative start-ups in the tourism sector in Calabria will be presented.

Broxlab, as a Start Up Studio and Business Accelerator, has been selected by the Ministry of Tourism as the only private implementer of the multi-year Innovation Network acceleration programme.

The Italy Travel Tech Accelerator plans to support 5 Start-Ups with a venture capital investment of up to 100,000 euro, to which a non-repayable contribution of 25,000 euro can be added, provided by the Ministry of Tourism, which can be increased to 200,000 euro in the case of projects that have shown a high potential for impacting the tourism ecosystem in Italy.

The Acceleration Programme will last five months and provides various services for the selected Start-Ups, such as: assistance in the validation of the proposed solution; support for the launch of the product/service on the market; and the definition of the development path, including through the identification of industrial and financial partners.

The call will be open until 31 March.
