From 18 to 20 July 2025, the charming Antico Borgo di Badia, in the territory of Paola (CS), will be transformed into a haven of peace and awareness with the return of Holistic Calabria – Wellness Festival, an event sponsored by the Municipality and the “Antico Borgo di Badia” Association.
The Festival is an open invitation to those who wish to slow down, listen to themselves and regenerate through holistic practices and activities dedicated to mental and physical wellbeing. In an authentic atmosphere surrounded by greenery, qualified practitioners will lead yoga sessions, meditation, energy massages, sensory journeys, body awareness workshops, dance and natural nutrition. Amidst ancient stones, summer scents and meaningful silences, Holistic Calabria is an opportunity to be inspired by the simple beauty of the surroundings and a welcoming community, in a festival that combines wellbeing, spirituality and local culture.
