In Decollatura, in the hamlet of Passaggio, the atmosphere is tinged with mystery: from 31 October to 2 November 2025, Haunted Passage, the most eagerly awaited horror event of the Calabrian autumn, returns.
Organised by the Passaggiari Avanti Association, the charming historic centre of Passaggio will be transformed into a film set of terror, with dark alleys, uninhabited houses and a setting that promises real thrills. The heart of the event is the famous Horror Trail, an immersive and disturbing journey where every corner hides an emotion to be experienced, amid soft lighting, shadows and mysterious presences.
What makes the experience unique is the participation of the local community: the inhabitants become actors and bring the village to life with ghostly performances and scenes inspired by the most famous horror legends. For three days, reality and nightmare merge, giving life to a collective story that engages and surprises.
But after the terror comes the fun: every evening, the party continues with music and DJ sets organised by the Lyra Association, ending the night with rhythm and joy.
