On Wednesday 22 October 2025, Sant'Agata di Esaro will once again host "Hats off", an event dedicated to the passion, artistry and dignity of the culinary profession. Now in its third edition, the event continues to be a heartfelt tribute to those who bring creativity, commitment and love for cooking to the table every day.

Promoted by Sant'Agata-based chef Bruno Ranuio, with the patronage of the Municipality of Sant'Agata di Esaro and the Italian Chefs Federation - Provincial Association of Cosenza Chefs, the event will kick off at 3 p.m. and bring together food professionals, artists and enthusiasts for a day full of excitement.

The most eagerly awaited moment will be the unveiling of the first national monument dedicated to chefs, a symbolic tribute to the human and professional value of a profession that represents a pillar of Italian culture.

The event will feature tastings, live music and artistic performances, in a blend of flavours, sounds and colours that will transform the village of Sant'Agata di Esaro into a stage for shared emotions.
