On 15 October 2025, Cirò celebrates the Harvest Festival in Piazza Pugliese, a day dedicated to wine culture, rural traditions and the new generations who preserve the identity of the territory.
From 10:00 am, the village comes alive with participatory events, workshops and educational activities that combine art, school and local knowledge. High school students will hold a creative workshop with recycled materials, followed by an impromptu painting session and a themed dance performed by primary school pupils. The morning will continue with a demonstration of the stages of the grape harvest, a parade in traditional dress and a visit to the Aloisius Lilius Museum, guided by high school students acting as young ciceroni. There will also be an opportunity to sample local flavours: at the tasting corner, the Pro Loco di Cirò will offer wine and crespelle, symbols of Calabrian conviviality.
