On Saturday 12 October 2024, at 18:00, the Municipal Museum of Taverna will host the inauguration of the exhibition ‘’From the Ionian Sea to Sila - in search of Trischene between truth and legend‘’, curated by Maria Grazia Aisa and Giuseppe Valentino. This project is part of the programme "Viseum - valorising and communicating the artistic heritage in the homeland of Mattia Preti".

The exhibition will explore the figure of Trischene, interweaving history and myth, and offer a fascinating perspective on local culture and traditions, highlighting the artistic heritage of Calabria.

The exhibition will be open until 30 March 2025, during museum opening days and hours.
