The UNSIC Cosenza Forum – Territory, Businesses and the Future is a two-day discussion event dedicated to issues of economic and social development in the region. It brings together institutions, professionals and representatives from the world of production to discuss the main challenges affecting businesses, employment and local communities.
The initiative offers a programme divided into various thematic panels that address key issues for the economic system. Starting with agriculture, it takes an in-depth look at the consequences of the climate crisis and the development policies needed to strengthen the resilience and competitiveness of agricultural businesses. Next, the focus shifts to credit, exploring the role of local banks and the contribution of credit institutions in supporting business and local area growth.
On the second day, the focus shifts to social security, workplace safety and taxation, with discussions dedicated to the services, protections and tools available to businesses and workers. The event will provide an opportunity for dialogue between operators, organisations and institutions, exploring policies, opportunities and prospects related to economic development.
The event will take place on 22 and 23 April in the “De Cardona” conference room at the BCC Medio Crati headquarters in Rende.
