On 27 September 2025, San Cosmo Albanese opens its heart and its square to the Festival of the People, an event that is much more than a multicultural celebration: it is a living story of hospitality, integration and a shared future.
Three municipalities – San Cosmo Albanese, San Demetrio Corone and Frascineto – united by a single vision, give life to a day that intertwines stories, experiences and courageous choices. Here, where Arbëria welcomes today, hospitality becomes concrete action, sincere relationships and authentic paths of inclusion.
The programme begins at 6.30 pm with the doors of the SAI wide open for an institutional visit to the reception centre. At 8 pm, there will be testimonies and visions on hospitality as a value and a choice, with special guests and representatives of local and international communities.
The evening will culminate at 9:30 p.m. with a live concert by I Cugini di Campagna, singing and dancing under the stars and transforming San Cosmo Albanese into a great stage of shared emotions.
