Farmer's Festival

On 28 and 29 September 2024, Soverano di Bisignano will host the Farmer's Festival, an event dedicated to typical products, local agriculture, and the peasant tradition of the province of Cosenza. An unmissable appointment for fans of genuine flavours and Calabrian agricultural culture.

The event will be an opportunity for entrepreneurs in the primary sector to meet with visitors, who will be able to purchase products directly from participating farms. In particular, on Sunday 29 September from 9.30 a.m. onwards, the farmer's pantry will be set up, a space dedicated to local, organic and zero-kilometre products, where it will be possible to rediscover the authentic flavours of the past.

The event will also see the participation of the ladies at the cookers, who will prepare traditional Calabrian peasant dishes, offering a unique gastronomic experience, linked to the cuisine of yesteryear.
